Broadband Schemes:

  • Better Basic Broadband - subsidised broadband installation to homes and businesses that are unable to access a service with a download speed of at least 2Mbps and who will not benefit from the superfast broadband rollout

  • Superfast Broadband Connection Scheme - Government's voucher scheme ran from December 2013 until October 2015. Oxford City Council were awarded £3.1million to help SMEs gain access to high speed, superfast broadband
